Please read these terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and Value Hosted for all hosting and related services.
The Value Hosted Pvt. Ltd. and The Value Hosted LLC (collectively, “Value Hosted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide web hosting and related services to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) subject to these Terms of Service (“Agreement”).
This Agreement, together with any Addendums and Service Orders (which are incorporated by reference), constitutes the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
This Agreement takes effect on the date you complete the online signup at https://www.valuehosted.com/clients/, or upon execution of the first Service Order accepted by Value Hosted. You agree to pay Value Hosted for services according to the terms of the Online Order Summary, Addendums, and/or Service Orders relating to each service.
Value Hosted may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you violate this Agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), any other Value Hosted policy, or applicable law.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Value Hosted. We may decline any order, but we will not do so unreasonably, and we will notify you by email of any intent to delay or decline an order.
You must provide a contact email address that is not hosted at any domain covered by your account with us. This address is our primary channel for abuse notices, billing matters, and any other contact. It is your responsibility to keep it current at all times.
If you register a domain through Value Hosted, you are responsible for keeping the contact information for both your account and the domain itself accurate and up to date. Value Hosted is not responsible for a lapsed registration caused by outdated contact information. To verify or update this information, contact our sales team by email.
Providing false contact information of any kind may result in termination of your account. For dedicated server purchases or other high-risk transactions, we may require government-issued identification and, in some cases, a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. Orders that fail these checks may be treated as fraudulent and denied.
An invoice is generated instantly during the order process and must be paid within 5 days. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 5 days; a new order must be placed afterward.
Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date, and a copy is sent to your registered Client Zone email. Payment is due on the invoice due date.
All services are billed in advance of the period in which they are provided, and continue to bill on a recurring basis until you cancel through the proper cancellation process described in Section 6. Value Hosted reserves the right to charge the credit card or other billing method on file. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current and to ensure invoices are paid on time.
Services are activated after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partners have screened the order for fraud. Setup times listed on our website are estimates, not guarantees.
After paying for a domain renewal, you must notify our sales team by email and confirm the email was received and acted upon. Renewal notices and invoices are courtesy reminders only; Value Hosted is not responsible for a failure to renew a domain or a failure to notify you of an upcoming renewal.
Any dedicated IP requested in addition to those included with a hosting package may be subject to IP justification. Our justification practices follow, and may change to remain in conformity with, ARIN/RIPE/APNIC policies. We reserve the right to deny any dedicated IP request based on insufficient justification or current IP utilization.
Our transfers team will make every effort to move your site to us. Transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we cannot guarantee the availability, feasibility, or completion time of any transfer. Hosting platforms differ, and some store data in incompatible or proprietary formats that may make migrating some or all data difficult or impossible. Free transfers are available for 30 days from your signup date; transfers requested after that period incur a charge — contact our sales team with the details for a quote.
We do not perform website transfers for these plans.
We perform website transfers on request at any time. The number of websites transferred at once may be limited by our technical team based on current ticket volume.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Any backup facility we provide is a courtesy only. Value Hosted is not responsible for files or data residing on your account.
Cancellations must be submitted through the cancellation option on the product/service details page in the Client Zone. You may choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current billing cycle. We will confirm your cancellation in writing (typically by email). Once a cancellation is confirmed, the service cannot be restored.
It is your responsibility to stop any external subscription payments (e.g., PayPal subscriptions) after cancelling. Invoices paid more than once through duplicate PayPal subscriptions can only be applied as account credit and cannot be refunded via PayPal.
For your first invoice only, Value Hosted offers:
Refunds under this guarantee require a valid reason. If the reason is a technical issue, it may be escalated to our technical team for resolution, and the refund is subject to the outcome of that resolution.
Payments made by the following methods cannot be refunded to the original payment method; approved refunds will instead be posted as credit to your hosting account:
All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars/ PKR at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. Value Hosted is not responsible for exchange-rate changes between the time of payment and the time of refund.
Violating these Terms of Service or the AUP waives the refund policy. No refund will be issued if service is terminated for abuse.
Value Hosted reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to any account at any time, with or without notice.
The following may not be uploaded to or run on our servers because of their impact on server load, security risk, or association with abusive or criminal activity:

Each account is allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance that varies by hosting package. Bandwidth is measured per calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month), not per billing cycle, and usage statistics reset on the last day of each month. Unused bandwidth does not carry over.
If your account exceeds its allowance, we reserve the right to do any of the following: suspend the account until the next allocation period, suspend it until additional bandwidth is purchased, suspend it until you upgrade to a higher package, charge an overage fee, and/or terminate the account.
Value Hosted reserves the right to reset the password on a dedicated server if the password on file is not current, so that we can perform security audits required by our datacenter. It is your responsibility to keep a valid email address and current root password on file to prevent downtime from forced password resets. Value Hosted reserves the right to audit servers as needed and to perform administrative actions at the request of our datacenter.
You are solely responsible for the security of your services. This includes, without limitation: your Client Zone, cPanel, email, FTP, SSH, and root passwords; the software you install and run (operating systems, control panels, CMS platforms, plugins, themes, and scripts); keeping that software patched and up to date; and controlling who has access to your account and services.
You are responsible for all activity originating from your account, VPS, or dedicated server, whether or not that activity was authorized by you. If your service is used to send spam, host phishing or malware, launch attacks, or engage in any other illegal or abusive activity — including as the result of weak passwords, outdated or vulnerable software, or a third-party compromise — Value Hosted may suspend or terminate the service in accordance with this Agreement and the AUP.
Reinstatement of a service suspended for compromise or abuse is at Value Hosted’s sole discretion, and only after you demonstrate to our reasonable satisfaction that the cause of the compromise has been identified and remediated — for example, all passwords reset, malicious files and backdoors removed, and vulnerable software updated or removed. Value Hosted may require a written summary of the remediation steps taken before restoring access, and may charge an administrative fee for investigation, cleanup assistance, or repeated reinstatements.
If a service is repeatedly compromised, or if you fail or refuse to remediate a compromise, Value Hosted may permanently terminate the service without refund.
The renewal price of a service you have already purchased will not increase from the price in effect on your date of purchase. Value Hosted reserves the right to change the prices listed on valuehosted.com for new purchases at any time, and to increase the resources included in any plan at any time.
Discounts and coupon codes are reserved for first-time accounts or first-time customers only and may not be applied to domain registrations unless otherwise specified. Coupons apply only to the initial purchase and do not affect renewal or recurring prices unless otherwise specified.
Value Hosted services, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices, are provided only for authorized customer use. Our systems may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including verifying authorized use, managing the system, protecting against unauthorized access, and verifying security procedures, survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes. Use of Value Hosted systems constitutes consent to monitoring for these purposes.
Each party is responsible for taxes imposed on its own business. If Value Hosted is required to pay taxes on your behalf, you will immediately reimburse Value Hosted for those taxes together with any fines, penalties, and interest.
By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you are the owner, operator, and/or a designated officer of the business with authority to enter into this Agreement, and that you have obtained all licenses, copyrights, and/or certificates required to perform your obligations. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your business, wherever they originate, including any that may apply in the future.
You are solely responsible for your content, advertising, and promotion, and for that of anyone referring others to your website. You are responsible for ensuring you are the rightful owner or licensee of all copyrighted material, trademarks, and other items appearing on your website.
You will take all necessary measures to prevent Value Hosted from being made a party to any lawsuit or claim relating to the service provided to or by you or any end user. You agree to indemnify Value Hosted and hold it harmless from any and all claims of whatever nature brought by anyone against Value Hosted in excess of the remedy set forth in this Agreement.
You agree to reimburse Value Hosted for all expenses, including legal fees, arising from Value Hosted’s involvement in any civil, criminal, regulatory, or investigatory action brought by you or against you by anyone, including expenses associated with providing information that Value Hosted, in its sole discretion, believes it is legally required or authorized by you to provide. You agree that Value Hosted may deduct these expenses from any monies due to you, and you will reimburse Value Hosted for any amount exceeding what can be deducted from your account.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales-representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept offers or representations on our behalf, and you will not make any statement, on your website or elsewhere, that reasonably contradicts this Section. Neither party is the agent of the other, and Value Hosted expressly disclaims responsibility for any conduct by you in violation of this Agreement.
Value Hosted is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Value Hosted makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for the services we provide, and disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, or any service interruptions caused by Value Hosted or its employees.
Under no circumstances is Value Hosted obligated to provide insurance coverage for any equipment or data owned by you and hosted on our premises.
You are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your account or servers.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of PK/USA.
Value Hosted reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. The current version of these Terms will always be posted at valuehosted.com, and continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
